Schwabe Ferrum Arsenicicum (Trituration) (20 GM)

It is reported to be used in cases of enlarged liver and spleen associated with fever resulting in simple or pernicious anaemia and chlorosis. In such conditions, digestion is highly impaired and there is the presence of albumin in the urine. The medicine intervenes and corrects the systemic poisoning more by intervention and prevention of the occurrence of the disturbed pathology.

Since it is a toxic preparation, it should be used under medical care up to the level of 3x. There are reports of benefits of this medicine in dry skin, eczema, psoriasis and impetigo (a bacterial, inflammatory skin disease with isolated pustules).
