Anasarca or oedema is an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the body. It can be local e.g. around eyes, in legs, etc. or systemic i.e. when the whole body is affected. Oedema can be a feature of underlying Heart or Kidney disorders hence timely treatment is important.

Indications of Bakson’s B59 Drops

• Helps relieve symptoms of fluid retention associated with various disorders and aids Diuresis.

 

Mode of Action

Adonis Ver.: Low vitality with a weak heart and slow weak pulse. Most valuable in cardiac dropsy. Hydrothorax, Ascites or Anasarca.

Convallaria Majalis: A Heart remedy. Increases the energy of Heart?s action renders it more regular. Anasarca. Dyspnea, dropsy, Aneurysm tendency. Soreness of uterine region with palpitation of the heart.

Crataegus Oxy.: Patient is weak and exhausted, sometimes suddenly becomes weak. High blood pressure. General Anasarca. Cold limbs, pallor, irregular pulse, and breathing.

Digitalis Purpurea: Comes into play in all diseases where the Heart is primarily involved. Weakness and dilatation of the myocardium. Stimulates the Heart’s muscles, increases force of systole increases length.

Helleborus Niger: Frequent urging. The child cannot urinate. Pale, dropsical, itching. Anasarca. Livid spots on the skin. Sudden watery swelling of the skin.

Squilla: A cardiac stimulant affecting the peripheral vessels and coronary arteries. Involuntary spurting of urine when coughing. Dropsy with profuse urination.

 

Dosage of Bakson’s B59 Drops

Acute cases: Take 20-30 drops in a little water 2 hourly, 6 times a day.
Chronic cases: 15-20 drops in little water 3 times daily.
